Take me out to the Ball Game!

Hola! The weather here in San Diego has been wonderful, low 70 degrees and lots of sunshine. My boyfriend and I wanted to take advantage of it, so we headed out to our home team’s baseball game!

As I had said in my early blog posts, one of my New Years resolutions was to explore my hometown because I feel I had taken it for granted. Born and raised and working the “9 to 5” in San Diego has slowly made me immune to its gorgeous scenery.  Now that I have an SLR camera I wanted to improve my photography skills and rediscover San Diego at the same time.

A hometown baseball game was another baby step into fulfilling my resolution ๐Ÿ™‚ I hadn’t been to a game in about 2 years (I’m more of a football girl)! The bonus was that a) I got to go with my boyfriend who is knowledgeable in the sport and b) We won!!

More Pics of the game & the low down on what I wore after the jump…

My Baseball Game Outfit

I wanted to wear my Padres cap & the team color (blue) so it was all a perfect combo ๐Ÿ™‚

Basic white tank top: Charlotte Russe -paired with- Navy Blue (casual) Blazer: Forever 21

Sunglasses & Tan Flats: Cotton On

Jeans: Armani Exchange

Necklace: Juicy Couture

Purse: Burberry

…and the most important part: A Baseball Padres Cap!

A Flashdance of children broke out in the stands. It was so cute!!

This is a golf club replica out in the field indicating when it’s a homerun!

I think it’s time for me to get a new cap, I’ve worn out my Padres Hat!

☮ & ♥,

Pau

Oh my gosh, I almost went to that same game! I'm the same way, I feel like I don't take advantage of SD as much as I should. That's why we went to Balboa this weekend. Baby steps, Pau, baby steps ๐Ÿ™‚

Aww you look so cute in your Padres colors too. It's always nice watching your hometown team win, I've always heard PetCo park is really nice. Amazing pics of the ballpark and I love your purse too.:)Also, totally agree w/your Paris comment, her friends looked so drugged out, you're right. xoDale

I'm going to a baseball game with my boyfriend soon and now I know what to wear! ๐Ÿ˜‰ A blazer is such a great choice – It looks so chic and polished and cute with the baseball cap! (I happen to love worn-in caps – they're more unique!)-jsorelle in style
