Just like the previous New Arrivals release that I showcased here, today’s New Arrivals are an additional 12 pieces to the already amazing existing pieces! After checking this latest release, I feel like this new set of pieces (that include such items as this dress, this eyelet dress/coverup and a kimono) are perfect to transition your wardrobe into Summer. The cabi design team has definitely hit it out of the park once again with the vibrant prints and bold colors! Styling Tip: It’s all in the Accessories!
I have said it once and I’ll say it again, the easiest way to switch up the vibe of a look is through accessories. My first instinct when picking out this dress was that it was perfect to attend a wedding, a baby shower, a bridal shower – basically any classy affair! Since the print is vibrant and colorful I kept everything else nude and added a touch of glam via the earrings and voila, ready to head out as a chic guest!
How to take a dress from elegant to casual:
Playing on this beautiful print and pink and red combo, plus being in Barrio Logan, a San Diego neighborhood infused with culture and vibrant colors, I wanted to make this look not only casual but FUN.
Step 1: Since this dress is a wrap dress, it was super easy to wear it as a kimono over jeans (as I did here).
Step 2: Since headbands are on trend this season, I picked up this cute red bow one that matched the dress.
Step 3: Hoop earrings always make a look cooler so I tossed these on!
Step 4: Wear it confidently and even do a little dance in it 😉
